The 120th day of pregnancy is when a new soul enters its human body. Within the kundalini tradition this beautiful event is marked by a ceremony celebrating the mother’s divinity. Ceremonies involve a mix of mantra, blessings and meditation and are usually attended by family and friends but can also be more intimate occasions.

My approach is to work with the expectant mother (and anyone else she wants to be involved in the process) to create an event grounded in kundalini, but that also reflects her personal energy and heart.
